CM violated Constitution: Ramadoss

March 29, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:56 am IST - CHENNAI:

PMK founder S. Ramadoss on Saturday alleged that Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam had violated the Constitution by stating that the budget was prepared with the guidance of AIADMK supremo Jayalalithaa and demanded his resignation.

In a statement, he said the Chief Minister in the budget speech had categorically stated that every aspect of the budget was prepared with the advice of Ms. Jayalalithaa. This was in complete violation of the secrecy oath he took while assuming office as for Ms. Jayalalithaa to provide such guidance, she must have been provided with all the official files related to the government.
