Just a day left for the big day, and there’s plenty on the platter to make it unforgettable. Merry Christmas!

Courtyard by Marriott

Christmas this time is big! An 18-foot high French dessert — ‘A Christmas Croquembouche’, is getting ready at Paprika. It is decorated with threads of chocolate, ribbons and bells, and is an assemblage of shoe buns stuck together with royal icing made of icing sugar, egg white and lemon juice, and built into a conical structure made of edible ingredients. It was decorated using a ‘Cherry Ladder’!

And, there’s of course, the special buffet, with roast turkey with cranberry jelly, maple glazed ham, beef Wellington, prune sauce, and cranberry sauce. On from December 24{+t}{+h} evening to 25th. For reservation and details, call 667644488.
