Chennai's CBSE results better than last year

Chennai region has secured a pass percentage of 91.83 in the CBSE class XII Board examination. This is an increase from last year's 90.59.

Girls have secured an overall pass percentage of 93.92 as compared to boys who have secured a pass percentage of 90.07.

Among the states and union territories in the region, Goa has secured the highest pass percentage (98.87) followed by karnataka(97.43). The region comprises Andaman and Nicobar islands, Andhra Pradesh, Daman and Diu, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Maharashtra, Puducherry and Tamil Nadu.
