CBSE Class XII students can apply online for verification of marks from Friday.
Though the results for the Chennai region were announced on Tuesday, parents were anxious as the dates and procedure for revaluation and verification of marks had not been announced.
This year, the process has been taken online. A CBSE release said on Thursday that application for verification of marks could be made online between May 30 and June 5.
The release said candidates applying for verification were eligible to apply only for a photocopy of evaluated answer book, and those obtaining the photocopy would only be eligible to apply for revaluation in the identified subject.
The release said a notice with detailed modalities would be put up on the CBSE website.
On the revaluation of answer sheets, the release said only those who applied for verification of marks and a photocopy of the evaluated answer book could apply for re-evaluation, in a maximum of 10 questions each, in English core, functional English, English elective, Hindi core, Hindi elective, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, business studies, economics and accountancy.
