With reference to the article ‘ >Youth dies in bike accident in Leh ’ published in The Hindu dated May 30, Abbas Bharmal’s counsel Vijjay Metha has clarified that the victim, C.V. Joseph, was riding the motorcycle when the accident occurred, and not Abbas, as was reported.
The two youngsters were riding down a mountain pass in Leh, when their bike skidded on ice deposits.
