Srinivas Youngmen’s Association organised Gold Winner – SYMA Child Fest 2012-2013 recently at The Hindu Higher secondary School, Triplicane.

The event was inaugurated by Thalavaisamy, Inspector of Police – D3 Police Station, and Balasubramanyam, the school headmaster. Competitions such as drawing, singing, dance, fancy dress, and quiz was conducted at NKT National Girls Higher Secondary School, Triplicane, which was inaugurated by Rangasamy Bhattachar of Sri Parthasarathy Swamy Temple and G S Vasan, Councillor, 116 Division. Mr. Koothapiran, fondly known as “Vaanoli Anna” was the special guest and he distributed the prizes to the children and emphasized on how important it is to take care of children in the society and develop them in the right channel. More than 3,500 students from 150 schools participated in this event.
