For the forthcoming ‘X’ Mas and New Year, Hotel Ambica Empire is planning a specialized blended ‘X’ Mas cake for its customers. A cake mixing ceremony was held recently at their premises. Actor Devi Krupa, Playback Singer Maalavika Manoj, Radio Jockey Opheila, were among other celebrities who participated in the ceremony.

“The cake will have a great taste and flavour with special spirits, imported Arabic dates, selected nuts like almond, pistachio, apricots, walnuts, plums, figs, ginger flakes, orange rint, cashews, dry grapes and dry fruits,” says Mr.Selvaraj, the Executive Chef.

“Plum Cake is older than history, older than tradition, older than legend and looks twice as old as all of them put together,” says the General Manager, Mr.R.Kalathinathan of Ambica Empire. He adds that the eclectic, luscious spread constitutes varieties of flavours with special spirits.
