Prime suspect in Loyola teacher attack case tracked

Businessman Arulanandam, a prime suspect in the Loyola Matriculation assault case, was tracked and found in Trichy by the police on Sunday.

A senior police officer said that they were in the process of bringing Arulanandam to Chennai.

Bhaskar, a physical education instructor of the school was reportedly assaulted by Arulanandam’s men at the school after the teacher allegedly subjected the businessman’s son to corporal punishment on November 20.

The attack on the teacher, captured on a CCTV camera, led to protests by parents and teachers demanding the arrest of Arulanandam, MD of marketing firm Rich India.
