The opening ceremony of the publishing house, Vaalee Padhippagam, will include the release of its first endeavour, ‘Vaaliba Vaalee,’ by poet and lyricist Vaalee, on November 23 (today), 5.30 p.m., at Narada Gana Sabha, Alwarpet. The book is a compilation (by Nellai Jayantha) of the 82-week show telecast on DD Podhigai.
Nalli Kuppuswamy will be the chief guest of the evening. Director Mani Ratnam releases the book and S. Meganathan, deputy director, Doordarshan Kendra Madras, receives the first copy.
