BSNL Chennai Telephones on Saturday commissioned a new RSU exchange (level 2679) at Kumananchavadi junction to improve quality of landline and broadband services in and around Poonamallee area.
According to a release, around 965 lines (beginning with 2627 and 2649) working in parts of Kumananchavadi, Mangadu, Katupakkam, Noombal, Ayyappanthangal and Senneerkuppam and 227 lines (beginning with 2476) working in Karambakkam are transferred to the new exchange.
