Two unidentified men on a motorcycle snatched a gold chain from a woman bank employee outside her house in Anna Nagar on Tuesday evening.
Police sources said the incident took place around 8.30 p.m. when the victim Sita (48) was standing outside her house in A Block, Anna Nagar. The culprits approached her on the pretext of enquiring about an address and snatched a chain weighing four sovereigns from her.
She raised an alarm but the duo sped away on their vehicle, sources added.
