Art expo to mark Schizophrenia Day

In connection with World Schizophrenia Day, to be observed on May 24, the Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF) is organising an exhibition of paintings by people living with and recovering from schizophrenia.

The exhibition, ‘Expressions of Beautiful Minds,’ is being conducted at The Folly art gallery at Amethyst on Whites Road in Royapettah from May 23 to 25, a note from the organisation said.

Art critic Indran will inaugurate the exhibition at 4 p.m. on May 23.

The event is open for all, from 4 p.m. on May 23 and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. over the next two days.
