Inquisitive homemakers huddled around tables, discussing interior designing with builders, at the four-day property fair ‘Living Spaces 2012’.
Organised by The Hindu Property Plus, the exhibition kicked off on Saturday at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam.
The seventh edition of the fair presented by VGN was inaugurated by A. Krishnakumar, managing director and group executive (national banking) of State Bank of India.
The fair saw market leaders including VGN, Navin Housing, Akshaya Homes, Hirco, Shriram properties and others, showcasing projects in and around Chennai. VGN, for instance, has projects lined up in areas including Irungattukottai, Porur and Ambattur.
The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until October 4
The Hindu Metroplus Home Décor
The Hindu Metroplus Home Décor 2012, currently under way at Chennai Trade Centre, features a wide range of interiors, including carved teakwood, canewood and rosewood furniture, sofas made of leather and camel leather.
A wide range of modular kitchens, kitchen equipment, induction stoves are also on display.
The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. until October 4.
