Two women from Egypt who had a bad experience with an autorickshaw driver decided not to put up with such behaviour and went on to file a complaint with the Koramangala police. Heba (20) and Mora (20), both voluntary teachers at a local institute here, travelled from Brigade Road to Koramangala 4th Block on June 21. After they alighted, the auto driver demanded an extra Rs. 100. After initially refusing to pay him extra, they eventually gave in. However, the auto driver allegedly abused them verbally and spat at them, the police said. The women on Tuesday filed the complaint but were unable to provide any details of the driver. The Koramangala police said are trying to trace the driver.
