Vehicles piled up in front of police stations to be cleared

Seized vehicles piled-up in front of the police stations across the city would soon be cleared as the city police have identified two yards to dump such vehicles to ensure free traffic flow.

City police commissioner M.N. Reddi said of the two yards, one was in east and west division have been identified. He said all the seized vehicles will be parked in the yards and police personnel would be deputed to secure the vehicles. “This would not only clear the possible traffic problem but also enhance the tidiness of the police station,” he said.

Hundreds of people from the west division participated in the public grievance meet organised on Friday which is chaired by Home Minister K.J. George. People poured in with their woes regarding traffic and law and problem faced by them.
