U.B. Towers on Vittal Mallya Road is the most expensive property in the city, according to the revised guidance value. The value of the property has been pegged between Rs. 20,150 and Rs. 20,350 per sq ft.
In contrast, property prices in places such as Agrahara Palya and Kukkanahalli in Madanayakanahalli subregistrar’s office in Bangalore north taluk are among the cheapest. Here, a gram thana site has been valued at Rs. 250 a sq ft.
