A cashier and a waiter of a bar were shot at by a customer late on Tuesday night following disagreement over the bill. Three friends had been to a bar at Saraswati Nagar in Mahalakshmi Layout.
A fight broke out between the cashier and the three men over the bill amount. One of the men, identified as Vasanth, pulled out a pistol and fired at the cashier and a waiter injuring them in their leg. Both of them were taken to a nearby hospital and are said to be out of danger. Police are on the lookout for the accused. A case has been registetred in the Mahalakshmi Layout police station.
