Two bookies arrested in CCB raid

The Central Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths have raided a house in DJ Halli and arrested two bookies for collecting bets for the India vs South Africa cricket match held on Sunday.

The accused have been identified as Muneeer Pasha and Sadiq Pasha. They have been working for a Rajasthan-based bookie, identified as Yogesh.

The police have recovered cash amounting to Rs. 34,000, seven mobile phones and a laptop from them and further investigations.
