Treasure hunt at The Hindu’s ‘World of Women’ event on March 25

The Hindu is conducting the first edition of World of Women – a women’s day out – on March 25 in the city.

The event is presented by The Hindu and Phoenix Marketcity, in association with Maruti Celerio AMT, L&T Reality Raintree Boulevard and Malabar Gold & Diamonds. It begins with Heels on wheels – a car treasure hunt that will be flagged off from L&T Reality Raintree Boulevard, project at Hebbal and end at Phoenix Marketcity. The contest involves solving cryptic codes to find a treasure. Each team will comprise of two to four members, including the driver. The team will have to solve a riddle and reach a pre-determined spot to collect the next clue and proceed. A prize distribution ceremony will be held in the evening.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. After the treasure hunt, the participants will be served lunch. There will be entertainment programs at Phoenix Marketcity. A cooking show will hosted by Chef Dhivya Pratik Rao from Taj West End, Bengaluru.

Snap Fitness will provide the ladies with training in self-defence techniques. There will also be a blood donation camp organised by Manipal Hospitals, Whitefield.

Flea080 will organise a flea market from 11 a.m. onwards. Fever 104 is the radio partner and the event experience is created by Beep.
