Transport Department has launched SMS service to inform vehicle owners about rules and regulations and update them on issues such as pollution control requirements.
“Around six lakh vehicle users will get updates as of now”, said Ramamurthy, Additional Chief Secretary and Acting Principal Secretary, Transport Department, at a press conference here on Wednesday.
Vehicle owners can check validity of their pollution control certificate online at http/rto.kar.nic.in
