Three youths, who were on a motorcycle, were killed on the spot in a head-on collision with a car at Bellur Cross on National Highway-75 under Vemagal police limits, on Wednesday night.
The police gave the names of deceased as Arun (18), Aravind (19) and Muniraju (21), all residents of Chakasanahalli in Kolar taluk.
The accident occurred when the youths were proceeding to the factory at Narasapur Industrial area they were employed in. Following the impact of the accident, the car fell in a nearby well. Both the vehicles were badly mangled. However, the whereabouts of the passengers of the car were not yet known, police said.
