Everyone has leadership qualities, and it requires a little motivation to bring this aspect out. And who better to provide this motivation than self-help guru and motivational speaker Robin Sharma, who will be in town on February 29 for a half-day seminar on leadership.

The event, called ‘Lead without a title', will encapsulate the concepts mentioned in Mr. Sharma's latest book, The Leader Who Had No Title: A Modern Fable on Real Success in Business and in Life.

Mr. Sharma, who has written 11 books, including bestsellers The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari and The Greatness Guide, will attempt to “inspire the leader” in every individual to take charge of his or her professional and personal life with a whole new approach, said a release.

The event primarily commemorates the fourth year of existence of the micro-lending group, Rang De. Since its launch in January 2008, the group has funded more than Rs. 6.4 crore to 12,500 low-income entrepreneurs from 13 States. The success of the initiative lies in encouraging individuals — with more than 3,500 people lending money — to act as social investors.

‘Lead without a title' will be held at Taj Vivanta, Yeshwantpur, Bangalore, on February 29, 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Passes are available on www.rangde.org/robin
