Depressed over not getting a bride, a 30-year-old security guard ended his life by consuming poison at Yamaluru on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Paramesh, a resident of Yamaluru, who was a security guard at a private firm.

Paramesh was found dead with a pesticide bottle besides him at an isolated place on Friday. The HAL police rushed to the spot and inquiries revealed that Paramesh was dejected over not finding a bride. He reportedly used to frequently fight with his parents, asking them to arrange his marriage.

The police said he left home on Thursday after a similar fight. They suspect this could be the reason behind his extreme step. The HAL police have registered a case of unnatural death.
