Sandalwood tree stolen

A sandalwood tree at a house garden at KHB Colony in Koramanagala was felled and taken away by miscreants on Friday morning. The incident came to light when the owner, Goutham Vishwanath, woke up and found that the tree had gone missing.

Boy arrested

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on the charge of allegedly flashing his private parts at a U.S. national, who was staying in a three-star hotel in central Bengaluru. The complainant is from New Jersey. The juvenile works in the hotel’s room service department.

The guest complained to the hotel’s management following which a police complaint was filed. The teenager was arrested and produced in the juvenile court, which remanded him in judicial custody till March 19.
