Sakala bags CAPAM innovation award

Sakala Mission, Karnataka Government’s flagship program, has won the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management (CAPAM) 2014 international innovation award, said Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister T.B. Jayachandra on Saturday.

Addressing presspersons here, the Minister said that the CAPAM innovation awards are the only international awards that recognise and celebrate innovation in public service. “Sakala Mission has been instrumental in bringing about a major change in the delivery of public services within a specific time frame,” the Minister said.
