The High Court of Karnataka has directed the State government and the Bengaluru city police to provide police protection to Navayuga Devanahalli Tollway Private Ltd. (NDTPL) on National Highway-7, on the way to Kempegowda International Airport. The High Court, in its interim order passed on April 23, directed the authorities to provide protection from Monday itself to ensure smooth collection of toll. NDTPL had approached the court seeking directions to the authorities in this regard.
