A man was allegedly stabbed to death following a petty fight near his residence in Devara Jeevana Halli on Monday night.
The deceased has been identified as Sathish, resident of Srinivasanagar and an employee of a private construction company.
The police said differences cropped up between Sathish and the main accused, Khuyna. A fight broke out during which Khuyna allegedly stabbed Sathish.
A gang of men, two of whom have been identified as Arun and Kumar, were said to be involved in the fight. Some members of the gang were also injured.
Police said a case of murder has been registered and are on the lookout for Khuyna, who is a resident of Doddana Nagar in D.J. Halli.
