Public will be barred from the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Council building on Friday where the swearing-in of the new councillors and election to the posts of Mayor and the Deputy Mayor will take place.
In a press release, the BBMP said it had also restricted the entry of vehicles on its premises. Only vehicles of councillors having passes will be allowed inside.
Parking facility
Citizens who have work in the main BBMP office can park on the left side of K.G. Road, Kasturba Road, Raja Ram Mohun Roy Road, and inside Bannappa Park.
The BBMP officials themselves will have to park on the premises of United Mission School on Mission Road.
