Nine marks for three ‘erroneous questions’ in maths exam

After awarding five marks in the English exam for mistakes in three questions, the Department of Pre-University Education (DPUE) has now announced that nine marks will be given in the maths paper.

All those who attempted the three “wrong” questions in the II PU maths paper will be awarded nine marks. The question numbers are: 24 - for two marks, 48 (c) – for one mark and 50 (a) – for six marks, DPUE officials said.
