Amit was working in the software company from the past two years. According to the police, the accident took place around 3.45 a.m. when Amit was going towards Hebbal, on the way to his relative’s house.

Lost control

Amit reportedly lost control of his bike while negotiating a steep curve on the Outer Ring Road and rammed into the median.

The impact was such that he was thrown up in the air and crashed on the other side of the road.

A lorry coming from Hebbal side ran over him, according to the police.

Passersby who witnessed the accident informed the police, who found Amit dead.

K.R. Puram Traffic police, who registered a case, said Amit was not wearing helmet though he was carrying one.
