HDK meets Governor

The former Chief Minister and State president of Janata Dal (Secular), H.D. Kumaraswamy, met Governor Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala on Thursday to complain about the alleged illegalities in various government departments.

Speaking to the media after meeting the Governor, Mr. Kumaraswamy said he had provided the detailed information he had collected on irregularities, along with evidence and urged the Governor to intervene in the matter. Mr. Kumaraswamy also briefed Mr. Vala on the “depth of the illegal lottery scam”, in which the government ordered a CBI probe.
