HC: let noisy motorists pay fine at courts

Special or evening court may be set up for penalising the violators

Advising the State government to carry out an intense drive against vehicular noise pollution, for two months, the High Court of Karnataka on Thursday indicated that it might set up a special or evening court for penalising the violators.

Making the violators to pay fine at the courts will act as a deterrent for other vehicle users, the court said.
