Based on the theme of "Then & Now," the third edition of customer engagement activity "Playport" has caught the fancy of many passengers at the Kempegowda International Airport.

Visitors to the Kempegowda International Airport will be able to play a life-size game of hopscotch or settle down for a round of games on a Xbox as the airport has launched ‘Playport’, a programme for customer engagement which targets holidaying passengers.

The concept revolves around turning the airport into a playground where children have fun and experience the place in a whole new way. The theme for the year is ‘Then and Now’ and games from yesteryear such as Snakes and Ladders will be available alongside Playstation and other console games.

“Additionally, magic shows, balloon sculpturing, tattoo artists, upcycled goods workshop and other exciting activities will be a part of Playport. This on-ground activity will be on till May 15,” a statement from the Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) said.

“We encourage everyone to come and spend time here and make our airport a destination they can visit during the summer holidays. Through these activities it is our effort to engage with our visitors and make this experience a memorable one” said Hari Marar, President, Airport Operations, BIAL.
