The Bellandur police on Saturday arrested Tanveer Khan in connection with the collapse of a four-storey under-construction building at Kasavanahalli, in which four labourers were killed and several labourers injured. Khan is the holder of the general power of attorney (GPA) of the building.

The police said Khan and Krishnakanth Reddy were in charge of renovating the old structure to convert it into a paying guest accommodation. Krishnakanth Reddy, who was supervising the building, is absconding.
