Four arrested for robbery, valuables recovered in Bangalore

The K.G. Halli police arrested four men on charge of robbery and recovered 5 kg gold, 4 kg silver, a car, two two-wheelers and mobile phones worth Rs. 1.6 crore.

The arrested — Syed Saleem (52) from Thanisandra, Mohammed Aneez (22) from K.G. Halli, Idris Ahmed (32) from H.B.R. Layout and Rajaram (36) from K.R. Puram — had stolen valuables from Bharath Jewellers in Rajarajeshwarinagar in Avalahalli police station limits on October 17. Apart from this, they had also attacked the employees, Mangilal and Manikchand. A fifth man, Mubarak, is still at large.
