Family of six found dead

Six members of a family were found dead in a house near Jnanabharathi near Nagarbhavi.

According to police officials, the deceased were identified as Gangabhairaiah a 57-year old BSNL employee, his wife and their four kids. The officials also said the family might have committed suicide and are investigating to ascertain the reason behind the suspected suicide pact.

The police also suspect that Ganga Hanumaiah hanged himself after feeding poison to his wife Jayamma (55), and children Hemalatha (30) Vimala (28) Yatish (25) and Nethravathi (23).

Hermalatha works in IT firm HP, Vimala works for KPCTL while Yatish and Nethravathi are students.
