The incident came to light when the security guard deputed for the morning shift reported for duty. He found that the night shift security guard Suresh was missing. He opened the shutters to find the ATM machine damaged. He informed the police, who rushed to the spot. The police have recovered the CCTV camera recordings and found that three men were involved in the theft attempt.
