The mangled body of a civil engineer was found on the railway track in Byappanahalli on Friday. The deceased, Saravana Kumar (36), a resident of Bhuvaneshwarinagar in R.T. Nagar, was a site engineer with a private firm. Police said Kumar did not return home on Thursday and his body was spotted on Friday. He is survived by his wife and two-year-old son.
