The city police recovered a drone which was flying in the high-security zone on Palace grounds where Invest Karnataka 2016, a State-government sponsored investor meet is being held.

Police noticed the drone flying around the area and seized it before bringing it to the notice of Sandeep Patil, Deputy Commissioner of Police ( Central Division) who is supervising the security arrangements.

Inquiries revealed that the drone belonged to the organisers and we have asked them not to fly in the area since it was a high-security zone, he said .
