Diversion on Sirsi Circle flyover

February 13, 2013 10:26 am | Updated 10:26 am IST - Bangalore:

Those using Sirsi Circle flyover will have to be prepared to take traffic diversions from Wednesday. The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has taken up replacement of the expansion joints on the flyover between Mysore Road and Town Hall.

Closed till Feb. 24

According to a press release, the road leading to Town Hall will remain closed from February 13 to 24.

With the ongoing repairs, motorists will now have to take left at the City Market loop to reach Town Hall via S.P. Road.

The movement of vehicles going towards Mysore Road from Town Hall will not be disrupted.

‘Please cooperate’

Earlier this year, the BBMP had actually blocked the road leading to Mysore Road from Town Hall between January 8 and 13 when it had taken up replacement of the expansion joints. The BBMP has urged citizens to cooperate.
