Daily superfast train between Yeshwantpur and Hassan

The railways has decided to introduce a daily superfast train from Yeshwantpur to Hassan. The inaugural service will be flagged off by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu, former Prime Minister and MP H.D. Deve Gowda, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and other officials on March 26 at 11 a.m. at Yeshwantpur Railway Station.

Regular service of this train will commence from March 27. According to a South Western Railway release, the Hassan-Yeshwantpur Intercity Express (22680) will leave at 6.30 a.m. and reach Yeshwantpur at 9.15 a.m. In the return direction, the Yeshwantpur-Hassan Intercity Express (22679) will leave at 6.15 p.m. and reach Hassan at 9 p.m.
