‘Cyclist’s Day’ celebrated in Bengaluru

Around 100 cyclists from several cycling communities like BOTS (Bums On The Saddle), Wheel sports, Pro cycle, Go green and Cycle world cycled to Shalini Grounds in Jayanagar here on Sunday morning to celebrate ‘Cyclist’s Day 2014’, a Bicycle exhibition organised by Icycle, a cycle event organising company.

The exhibition had stalls giving a platform to the local vendors to display their skills like small techniques to repair cycles and also stalls for cycling equipments. To spread the importance of cycling, ‘pedal-less’ cycles were used to teach adults cycling. Many cycling enthusiasts like Murali H.R, Praveen Roshan, Prabhakar Rao and Sukrita .K. and Vijayakumar, MLA of Jayanagar and . Someshekar, Counselor, Shakambari Nagar were present at the occasion.
