Members of BJP Yuva Morcha on Tuesday filed a complaint against women’s rights activist Prabha N. Belavangala for allegedly uploading objectionable post related to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

In a complaint filed at the cyber crime police station, the Morcha members accused Ms. Prabha of showing the UP CM is a poor light through her posts which they said are “highly defamatory.”

She has uploaded pictures of the chief minister, knowing well that they are “obscene, morphed and tampered” and would cause breach of peace, the complainant read.

The members alleged that her act is not only highly condemnable, but also attracts penal action.

The cyber crime police said that they have received the complaint and are verifying the contents to take necessary action.
