A college student allegedly committed suicide following a fight with his friend. The deceased, Kevin Frederic, was a hotel management student and resident of Thimmaiah Road near Bharathinagar.
On Thursday afternoon, he had a fight with his friend. Later, he sent her messages saying he would kill himself. To which, police said, the girl did not respond.
After this, he sent her photos of him tying a rope to the ceiling fan, and then hung himself, according to the police.
Police have recovered his mobile phone from the spot.
Bharathinagar police have registered a case.
