A 32-year-old cab driver was found dead under mysterious circumstances in his car in Sanjay Nagar, early on Wednesday. The incident came to light when the night beat cops noticed that the head lights and parking lights of the car were on for an unusually long time.
On checking, they found the driver, Girish, lying still. They called an ambulance and shifted him to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Girish is from K.R. Nagar taluk. He was residing in Laggere with his wife and child. He was working as a cab driver for seven years. On Tuesday night, he had picked up a passenger at the airport and dropped him at Sanjay Nagar. Around 12.30 a.m., he logged out (of Mega Cabs).
