Bangalore police grill Yasin Bhatkal

Indian Mujahideen (IM) co-founder Yasin Bhatkal was brought to the city and is being questioned in connection with the Chinnaswamy Stadium blast case, City Police Commissioner Raghavendra H. Auradkar said here on Saturday.

He told presspersons that the city police have secured Yasin Bhatkal’s custody till January 28 and is being questioned at an undisclosed location.

Sources in the department said that apart from his role in the Chinnaswamy Stadium blast, his involvement in other subversive activities and his network in the State are also being probed. This information would be shared with the other investigating agencies for further action, sources said.
