Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah is likely to visit area around Someshwara Temple in Ulsoor on Wednesday to inspect the site where nearly 50 shops were demolished last week, according to Shivajinagar MLA Roshan Baig.

Mr. Baig visited Bazaar Street on Monday and interacted with the shopkeepers whose establishments, adjacent to the Someshwara Temple, were razed by the Muzrai Department on September 8. He advised the shopkeepers to form an association and stay united to protect their rights.
