August 14, 2016 03:52 pm | Updated 03:52 pm IST - Bengaluru:

Hundreds of ABVP members staged a protest in front of United Theological College on Millers Road on Sunday demanding action against the people who participated in the programme organised on Saturday.

The ABVP activists alleged that a group of Kashmiri youth raised anti-national slogans claiming atrocities by Indian Army.

The protestors demanded immediate arrest of the participants and strict action against the college management which organised the programme.

The protestors also blackened the college board and staged a dharna. Heavy police deployment has been arranged to monitor the law and order situation.
