February 12, 2017 12:37 am | Updated 12:37 am IST - Bengaluru:

Former gangster ‘Agni’ Sridhar, who was hospitalised when he fell ill during a recent police raid, was discharged on Saturday.

He has been booked by the Kumaraswany Layout police on the charges of possessing illegal weapons, but has been granted interim bail.

The police had raided Sridhar’s house with a search warrant looking for the duo who had issued a death threat to a businessman soon after a shootout at Kogilu Cross in the city.

Though the police could not trace the accused at the house, they recovered weapons and unaccounted for gold and valuables from the house and booked Sridhar under the Arms Act.
