A 52-year-old man was killed on-the-spot after he rammed his scooter into the parapet wall of the flyover near IPC Layout after losing control in Frazer town on Monday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Madi, a resident of Jai Bharath Nagar.
Madi, a security guard by profession, was returning home from work when the incident occurred. Few passers-by rushed him to a nearby hospital where he was declared as brought dead due to excessive bleeding.
